What next? Send a cybernetic organism back in time to stop JJ pushing Hugh through that wall?
That would make a great Doctor Who script , the consequences to established timelines would be incalculable.

Maybe it'd be a mimetic poly-alloy model like a T-1000 - go back and replace Hugh Cornwell...end up giving JJ a fat lip!

Now there’s an image. There’s a parallel universe where Hugh never left the stranglers and Baz Warne owns the Guinness Empire, never even picked up a guitar in his life…

I've said it before and I'll say it again, one of my favourite Burning Up Time forum tropes is this whole thing where people assume you and I are the same person - in spite of us having very different opinions and having very different posting styles. One of my other favourite Burning Up Time forum tropes of course is the one where if anything by post-Hugh Stranglers gets criticised, Hugh Cornwell's solo career magically appears into the mix!

Yes I'm selling my drum kit and mk 1 R1 to pay for tickets, her music is my life, all those tales of woe about her ex husband and ex boyfriends, who needs shit songs about the Arab Spring and Jims dull drumming innit. Lt Kudu. :smt005

I read a review earlier that I haven't seen before, it said fans will keep coming back to album for more, and he was right, I keep coming back for more and I'm not Oliver Twist :smt005 this album is great on so many levels and I really like this song again, I went off it as played it to much but I think it's a great lyric from Matthew and love Mr Warnes industry standard Stranglers sneering, but I love every song, so we'll done again boys and the fifth beatle for his magic production skills. Lt Commander Kudu, my name is Matt Bond. :smt005

Gathering dust now I'm afraid. Will probably dig it out once in a while. Certainly more than Giants.
