One of the strangs was a Toy Doll at some point so who's complaining about the WurzelsI don't think I'll ever get used to seeing The Stranglers mentioned in close proximity to The Wurzels and go unchallenged as if that isn't a bad thing.

I don't think it's the case that people don't want to "challenge" the link between The Stranglers and The Wurzels or Toy Dolls, they just flat out don't want to acknowledge the link - and it's not hard to see why.

Over the years they have lost the edge and become part of the furniture, and that's just fine.
A good, reliable band who give what you expect for the money you pay.
At least Hugh is more likely to get a shitty on and have a wig out.

I getcha though - it's not really an argument just a preference and I don't like 'comedy' bands...having said that I like Goldie Lookin Chain - so I've just shot myself in the foot!
