Re: Straighten Out in Brum - Friday 24th Sept
The Roadhouse opens at 6, I think, if that's early enough for you. I won't be out before then so I'll make my way straight there by good old fashioned bus (swigging a bottle of Pinot Grigio out of a brown paper bag on the back seat) and just meet everyone else there...
Boogie now, Dave!

Cracking night, top-notch gig as usual and Phil's a great co-frontman. Good company, slightly too much cider and questionable dancing all make for a good time. Much appreciation to the band for making the journey down to Brum again - thank you! (and thanks to my minders )
Bit fragile today but it was worth it .

I think Gizzard posted the photographic evidence that you can indeed have too much cider .

top night with top band, new front man is excellent, and as ever the social side was superb
Many thanks to shazzer/Litrelips for my lift home, TOP WIBs
and yes lots of questionable dancing, but I blame that on the v good Czech Bud which seemed like a good idea at the time but not so good next morning
