Hi Blackbeered, nice avatar 8)
Cheers - as a relative latecomer to all things Stranglers, my older brother's Raven 3D cover was one of my earliest memories of the band, so it seemed fitting to include it.

So, how was your weekend

I got a text off him last night at 11.50 pm asking what my name was on here. I noticed you had sent your greeting at about the same time. Coincidence that!
Hi SSDT, Cool coincidence! I thought of On the Buses when you mentioned Blakey, also thought of those metal studs we used to put in our shoes as kids (no good for DMs though). No I was chatting to a lady up on the balcony in the last moments of Sunday. Hope you had a good weekend
I did thanks Elvis. You mean segs! used to make great clicking sounds as we clomped along. I had em in my monkey boots(being a woman like!)
Anyway I thought you were in hiding in California, decided to come out to play then?

Segs eh! We called 'em Blakeys yes sounded like a herd of horses or if you dragged your heels down from a bike to you'd get lots of sparks (joys of wasted youth). So yes Ma'am, I thought I'd fly the old WWII bomber back from the moon as the double decker would've taken too long 8)
