Awful vocal, words and phrases over-stressed to the point of caricature - Hugh used to do it too (and I guess Baz is once more emulating him) but he has a good enough voice to pull it off. Baz just sounds hammy.

I cannot find anything to like about this song or the video on YouTube I’m sad to say that I think it is truly awful call it experimental or early 80s or synthpop it is by far the worse thing I’ve heard from this band in a very long time and yes I do love the stranglers I am a real fan etc etc fair...

Short obit on Radio 4's PM. Featured Hook talking about bass players in general and citing JJ as his biggest influence.
