Hello to theraven1979 and TWO SUNSPOTS, Neat to hear your opinions of XTC during different periods of time, did you both ever get a chance to hear their Psychedelic offshoot band called The Dukes of Statosphere? I believe in this incarnation they sold more albums than as XTC, very talented musician...

Xtc were a superb, expecially up to Black Sea.
Lucky enough to see them on a few occasions including what may have been their last ever UK date in Cardiff.
Have a couple of great bootlegs from around 78/79 from the radio and mixing desk which i listen to regularly.

I don't mind putting up with a shite band (Motorhead) as i can see two superb bands on the bill.
Lat time i went to a Motorhead gig, Girlschool were superb, The Damned were brilliant but Motorhead
sounded muffled through the wall in the bar.
