Well, the Damned were in fine form last night. Enjoyed 999 as well, they sounded really good. Loads of ale, loads of mohicans on view and loads of pissed people

I love The Who.

I saw them in 1983 at Newcastle City Hall, when I was 17. I quite liked the early stuff.

I saw the Stranglers, Echo and the Bunneymen and U2 within a couple of weeks of each other. Quite an introduction to live music.

Definitely mate, £7 is an absolute giveaway. I'm gonna put my bum buzzcocks gig down to a bum sound mix and give them another go next time they are in my region.
