Not too bothered about the chart placings but would be nice to see The Stranglers do as well as the other older bands lately. E.g. Sparks. They've taken a good stab at the marketing for it imo

First impressions... I found it refreshing

Standout tracks for me are Water, If Something, No Man's Land, Last Men On The Moon, White Stallion, and Breathe. Last 3 tracks are corkers!

Given that the album will likely reach its peak position on its first week before it freefalls into obscurity (a trend with older acts), I doubt there'll be another single. Wouldn't mind seeing it though.

Of all the the things to talk about, I'm the least concerned about how "fake" the trumpet sounds. It sounded good to me and complimented the song well
