Re: Sundown Specials Finchley CC last game
Retirement is a long time! I've been retired for 8 years and got the bug again this year. Have been turning out weekly and have injured my groin, both achilles tendons, have added to varicous veins on my legs through impact etc etc. But I'm bloody loving it! No. A friend of many of us on this forum, Hans, actually lives in Ghent and isn't going to miss a home-town gig!womaninblack wrote:Am I the only belgian fan here?
Before Gent, I'll be in Terville, in France.
Anyone else there?

Re: bass distortion pedals
You could always loosen the speakers in your cab/combo, that'll give the sound a bit of something, although you are also in danger of the speaker flying through the front of the grill and getting a fecking great magnet behind the ear'ole!

White Horses by Jackie Lee, fantastic song, twangy guitar and I never even lliked the programme, too much of a girlie thing, all those horses and stuff!
From a similar era the them to that Robinson Crusoe thing that was always on during the school holidays in the 70s was excellent.
