I don’t mind a few Duran Duran songs (don’t tell anyone) but I would never buy any of their records and thought their videos were an obscene waste of money. I just see them as an extension of Roxy/Bowie/Magazine/Japan whom I like...the passing years have forgiven the hurt of 3rd form girls fancying...

Funny that at the time it was a hanging offense to give them the time of day...but now you can clearly hear the Roxy/Bowie/Eno/Magazine influence - well, in the music anyway.
