gutted. :( he was a great guitarist,and a great man, was lucky to have met him a couple of times at pirate gigs he did in york ,once back in 79 when it was the classic pirates line up and then again back in 94 when it was just mick in the band with his son on the bass... very sad, only saw hm on bbc...

Grey Will Fade by Charlotte Hatherley La Roux by La Roux got charlottes new album (new worlds) a while back.. top stuff.. but think the deep blue is her best work so far 8) as for la roux, was very dissapointed with that album Ah yes, I got New World...

What ya got lined up then for 2010 folks? So far got tickets for; Stranglers - Nottingham Stranglers - Manchester Stranglers in Sheffield, Birmingham & London plus Hugh in Nottingham are definite too but otherwise fuck all else. Still,not a bad start to the year I suppose :smt004 buzzcocks-york...
