You should read Julian Cope's autobiography. V funny. Talks a lot about Ian McCulloch, being former rivals and all. He's very honest about envying Mac's voice but thinks he's a complete tosspot. No love lost between those two.

He's always been a cool f*cker despite the occasional bout of twattishness. But you always forgive him. I grabbed him once when I was slightly pissed after a gig in Mancheste...
