I'm guessing the 80% is before tax? So it's 80% of your gross then the tax taken off?

Are there are set rules on this for employers? Ive been furloughed and I work in sales so half of my salary is commission. My boss seems to have not paid me most of my commission owed. I'm not sure if he is supposed to do that?

With The Clash you always had a prominent frontman in the shape of Strummer with the political sloganeering/posturing etc. I think Strummer appeals to more people (as in Joe Public....speaking! :lol: ) as a frontman than say the subtlety of Hugh for example.
