Re: Private Messaging

Thanks Jim

Genuinely sorry it had to come to this.
I'm all for giving someone the chance of reflection but he never seemed interested.

Hopefully that calms down your inbox.

Re: Private Messaging

Dear Jim See above for an example. Offensive, dismissive, complete lack of awareness of the offence he causes and claims to have the support of others too. Haven't read the others supporting him to be honest. Read some views that I might not agree with, but that's the nature of internet forums. But ...

Re: Private Messaging

Jim Does it really come across as unnecessary sniping? Maybe I am not reading enough threads? It comes across far stronger to me. One individual wrote a hate filled post yesterday and appeared to be actually getting off on it. Is there no scope for actually giving people a time out? Just to reflect ...

Re: Knee jerk reactions to the terrorist attacks in Paris

Steve If you bothered to actually take in what I write, you would find at no point have I challenged your opinion. Rather your style of posting on this forum and your complete dismissal of other people's perfectly valid opinions. Thanks for your lecture on East West relations and the speculation on ...

Re: Knee jerk reactions to the terrorist attacks in Paris

Steve I am sorry (too) but you somehow think your opinion is infallible. It is not. Can you accept that? Other people have a different opinion from you, and no matter how much you think you are right, you are not. You are just another person on this website with an opinion. Your contributions are co...

Re: My thoughts are with..

Yes, send the fuckin troops in. Us, the Yanks, the Russians, everyone. These bastards have waged war upon global civilisation and are a danger to everyone. Enough is enough! Now let's slaughter the bastards. Send what troops? In where? Against who? Slaughter what bastards? Muslims? What about the 2...

Chris Squire Of Yes dies

If there was one bass guitarist that I feel influenced JJ, both in playing and sound, it was Chris Squires. I know JJ has paid many compliments to him over the years. He only announced he was ill last month, and passed away today. Played "Roundabout" a few times this evening, to remind me ...

Bob

I'd say it's a hybrid of The Great Escape, 13 and Gorillaz.
Albarn's voice is better too - more mellow, less mockney .
