I don't really think Baz has done anything to be fair he's just more popular than Paul in my opinion. Exactly. PR got a hard time not only because he followed Hugh, but because he refused to be anything other than himself and put his own spin on things. In hindsight, this is something to be commend...

Personally, I see Baz, Toby and Jim as stand-ins for the proper guys who can't or won't be there. Actually, that's a bit too charitable. They're employees of "JJB&F Inc."
