Mostly Jets arms are crossed, playing a steady consistent beat augmenting with the bass.
Jim's arms are uncrossed, plays different cymbol rythms, different drum patterns.
Hard and loud vies for attention.

I've no doubt that a JJ 'disciple' could step in but I don't think it will happen. There are loads of I bought a bass cos of JJ type disciples. :grin: Bass players are generaly types that stand back in the shadows, finding a bass - frontman - singer - that fits -would be a tripple whammy :smile:
