My tips for the Grand National are as follows:

Dusty Rug has never been beaten.

Creasote is great over fences

Prawn Cocktail is a good starter

And V Neck is a great jumper.

To be honest seeing the Stranglers without JJ isn't right is it. But if they were playing nearby I'd still be tempted. It would certainly beat staying in watching shit TV all night!

I think if JJ retires it would be a shame if the others split because they are such a great band. I think it would be great if they carried on with a new bass player but they would have to change their band name as well and they should just play post Norfolk Coast material that Baz has been involved...

I'm sure they could play Too Precious and it would still sound pretty good but I know what you mean.

Yes I know what you mean. DVDs are bit of a thing of the past now I guess.

Apparently there wasn't any cameras so it wasn't recorded for a DVD which is a bit disappointing.

Change the set to just JJ numbers, sorted!

I was very surprised to see they played Genetix with Toby on vocals but I have to say he did a great job and he has got a decent voice. I'm sure Dave would have approved.
