Re: Tour Blog
Baz mentions them not playing the Clyde auditorium before. Didn't they have a support spot to ub40 there in 2004ish? That's one gig I would have left and not bothered with the main act.

Re: Glastonbury 2023
Elton john was good in that he's a good showman, and has lots of well known songs the audience could sing along with. His vocals were dreadful, though. Turns out guns n roses dont have that many well known songs to get the audience involved. I thought the set dragged. Artic monkeys are always hit o...

Re: Baz's side project - WINGMEN
Sir I admit when I'm wrong,I may have to buy the album, and i would see them live but to far for me,I saw some footage and it looked good,Baz had his Andy Cap hat on and brown leather jacket, such great musicians in the band,it shows Baz could have a career outside of the Stranglers,he seemed more na...

Re: Christine McVie RIP
I would reckon there's quite a few Fleetwood Mac fans on
here. I saw them on their 2003 UK tour, though Christine mcvie wasn't in the band at that point,so unfortunately never got to see her.

Anybody here go to the 97 gig with the female string orchestra? The sound is obviously good on the cd/DVD, what was it like in the crowd?

Re: Baz's side project - WINGMEN
News coming soon According to the wingmen Facebook page. Hopefully live dates. Headline shows,or starting off as a support band I wonder though? If they are the main act, with only one albums worth of material, I would imagine they might do versions of songs from the band's they're in,maybe a few cov...
