Slip-not

I recently did security for Slip-Not just so I could see Dragonforce open for them.
One of my guilty pleasures. Sure, I hate their pretty hair and calculated stage jumps, but man...they really do rock out at 100MPH.
I am rather embarrassed to say I like Dragonforce.

Spex.

X Ray Spex drummer, B.P. Hurding, is a catering chef in L.A. these days. Last i heard, its Poly, Laura Logic and Paul Dean (bass) for the Roundhouse. Ultravox

I think a subject like this has a lot to do with age.
If i was 10 years younger and came across Midge era Ultravox, theres a good chance i would have grooved on thier tunes.
LUCKILY, I'm not 10 years younger and i was exposed to the REAL Ultravox. 8)

I wouldnt mind losing the 10 years now though.

Ultravox

I am a big fan of the first two albhums, like someone said before me...they have a bit more of a punk sound. Their first and second album are very reminicent of first Siouxsie, first Magazine, first Cure...in that, they were doing the 'post' Punk thing very early on. No offence to anyone, but John Fo...
