Can anyone name the furthest right World Leader on the "10" cover. It's Jet dressed up as someone, but who ? I don't know many African polititians names ? bear in mind this was 1990.

Always liked that sleeve, very clever and original. not so enamoured with the contents therein, sadly.

Yeah it gets a bit of stick but I thought it was pretty cool at the time (think aciiiiiiiiiidd) - Beats a smiley face or baggy hoodies!
