Managed to get a couple of Sex Pistols tickets off ebay for the Saturday night Brixton gig! £89 inc postage! (Not attention seeking btw :P )

So it's "Goodbye Undertones (unfortunately), Hello Johnny!"

The Damned at Cambridge Junction, 18th December.
Not quite sure what to expect, as it's some sort of cabaret show, according to their website. :?

Giving the Damned a miss this tour.
I've hate to admit it but they've bored me the last two times I've seen them.

I know what you mean Gizz - they were great at the 100 Club earlier this year, but looked a bit tired at the Junction a while back.
In any case, it's only 20 minutes from my front door, and for 15 quid I'll probably chance it.

I got one for £1.50 of face value on ebay for the 8th, i wasent prepared to go over £40 for a ticket, Brixton academy is one of the best venues in the south with the way the stage floor is planned.

Aggreed giz saw the damned on the same bill as the stranglers at guilfest 04 and thought they were quite good. I saw them at the london astoria a year later and they were not that good.
