I think some Depeche Mode fans felt Alan Wilder leaving was a big loss.

Yes, that's a great album, probably my second favourite of theirs after Black Celebration.

Yes I was just being flippant,to me it's about who is in the band at the time,and if they sweat their guts out night after night,they are the band as far as I'm concerned,I'm seeing Hugh and hired hands later, joking of course.Lt kudu.

Yup. Paying hundreds of pounds to see 50% of Depeche Mode and two other guys nobody would give a shit about if it didn't say "Depeche Mode" on the poster? Fuck that.
