Older viewers may remember that tribute bands aren't my thing.......
Anyway, following a once again disappointing away trip to see the once mighty Nottingham Forest I was in need of some cheering up. And that's just what the band did.
I've seen Straighten Out a few times in the past and the only criticism I've had in the past is that they've not attempted the hits. Not for my sake but theirs.
So, it was almost kind of refreshing to hear 'Always The Sun' and 'European Female' in the set list tonight. They nailed them both nd 'Thrown Away' which I was kind of hoping for but not expecting.
You all know the story by now if you've seen 'em live. They offer one of the best nights out and are as cheap as chips. Even cheaper, tonight was free entry.
Make the effort is all I can say. You'll love it.

Indeed, always a good night.
Rugby Union is not only the greatest team sport in the world on the field, but without a shadow of a doubt, is the greatest team sport in the world off the field. Nigel Owens.
