Booked!
When Capt announced this at tonight's gig I thought he was kidding...
Said they're going to play for 3 hours!

I like the famous songs by The Damned. Do they have any recent material that's worth a listen?

Last two albums are very good Dennis: Grave Disorder and So Who's Paranoid.dennirusking wrote:I like the famous songs by The Damned. Do they have any recent material that's worth a listen?

They are worth every penny of that. I thought they were sensational when I saw them in March and I will be watching them again at North East Calling in September.
And hopefully I will see them on their 40th anniversary tour next year
To anyone out there who hasn't seen them, get a ticket to see them, they really are a top live act.

Heard the announcement about the Royal Albert Hall last night.
Got up this morning and bought tickets.
A 'Loggia' box with disabled access (that's handy), waiter service...they go to the bar for you (that's even handier) and dinner.
It'll be our 32nd Anniversary so we're splashing out. Even booking a 'posh' hotel.
It's going to be an EXTEREMELY expensive night for us but....Fuck It!

I have to pay of Wonky first, and Slayer ticket not gonna bother ordering just yet!. Selling tickets for a gig 11 months in advance is a bit much!!. its not going to stop the albert hall being half empty!. They havent got the fanbase for it. If they cant sell out the roundhouse!!!. Ive never been to the albert hall, but it doesnt look that good a venue. They should of done Brixton Academy, more relistic chance of selling it out. Unmissable though.

Over 1,000 tickets gone since Saturday.
I don't think they'll have ANY problem selling out the venue at that rate.
And it's the best venue with the best sound in the country.
