When you're at the grocery store and you can't find what you're looking for, ask an employee or two for help, who look at you like you've made up the product and 'no, of course we don't have that, I think it doesn't even exist' (coz they're too lazy to look) ...then you find it yourself and do the 'in your face' to them.

I've just been asked to give a number of cookery demonstrations and tasting sessions for residents of a mental health rehabilitation unit.
They want me to concentrate on cooking fish, possibly in an outdoor seaside location provided this glorious weather we're having holds up. Sound familiar?
My only regret is that I lost custody of the BBC "Floyd on Fish" publication during my divorce! Not to worry I'm off to trawl the internet for a copy now.
