I think the hotel is close, I let Big Brian The Strangler sort it, meeting him on the train so I hope he is only drinking halves otherwise yes... 3 pm start might well be a bit early!!
It just makes me think of Sid (50 million watches) off in a foreign country to see the band, drank himself silly earlier in the day and forgot about the gig! Went back to the hotel for a kip and slept right thru it. That'll teach him...or maybe not...
