Help for a non-tecky please?

I have just downloaded a music file, but can't get it to work. The file extension ends with ".ogg".

My default music player is Media Player, but it does not recognise this type of extension. Has anyone got any useful tips for me please?

I downloaded Jet Audio as advised by Dom and this worked a treat!
