I think a decision should be made now re the London Show.Instead of chancing a last minute call.

Heck of a strain on both of them.

Anyhow, hope for an early decision for London. Don't want to be getting on a flight on Tuesday morning not knowing for sure...
On Youtube I watched JJ doing Raven a week ago in Wolverhampton and thought how weak his voice sounded and i was thinking he's voice isn't going to last long especially when he needed to hold a note, when he did the JJ growl sort of vocal he seemed ok like that Dagenham Dave clip that was posted.

Ironically i was thinking i wonder how Baz doesnt have problems with his voice seeing as he was never a natural singer i assumed its his age being younger. Then there it is he has. Its a real shame though as i think nothing is more disappointing than a gig that is pulled last minute i wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Hopefully the voice specialists giving advice are just being cautious and he will be back after tomorrow. What voice specialist is going to take a chance on the lead singer of a multi-million band on a major tour i think they would all say rest regardless. I thought Baz sounded strong in voice i never saw that coming at all.

I hope your not suggesting that Baz would rather make Birthday wishes as he blows out the candles. He then enjoys family cheers after they sing Happy Birthday to him while he cuts the cake and then shares it out. Then finally he gets the traditional bumps for every year he's celebrated rather than go do the gig ? :smt005

When was the last time a gig had to be cancelled due to I'll health or any other reason?

On the last tour in 2022.Baz lost his voice and a couple of dates had to be re-arranged.
I don't know how serious Baz's lurgy is this time but if it's anything like the one going around then 48 hours won't be long enough.

If it's the lurgy going round then it'll take best part of a week. That said he's probably got doctors all over him trying to sort it

Jim I think they will have to cancel the RAH? He could do permanent damage otherwise.Major Kudu.

Missus had it recently and she went from really violent coughing fits (days 1 & 2) to almost unable to speak (day 3) to voice slowly returning (days 4 - 6). Really nasty and no other symptoms

Stranglers and friends. Bring on some fans or fellow artists to fill the rolls!!!
Given that JJB&F fans don't seem to care who is in the band these days as long as the songs get sung, they should get either JJ or Toby to sing everything. Or even Jim. The crowd would think it was amazing regardless.
