Sounds like you must have had quite a bit of interest in it for your summation!
As I said if it works for anyone then fair enough.
I think most religions are bollocks but if it works for anyone then it’s ok by me.
I’m quite partial to ‘Acceptance and commitment therapy’
Is this utter bollocks too Boody?

Got me first ‘Mindfullness’ session next week, 2 hours in an old church near the Quarry Hill/House Dept of Health / Mi5 building on Beckett Street near St.Jimmys.Arthur Streeb-Greebling wrote: ↑06 Jan 2020, 19:12Jim, and do you know why?........theraven1979 wrote: ↑06 Jan 2020, 09:26 You continue to amaze and astound Arthur. Have you tried Solution Focussed Therapy Arthur? It doesn't work for everyone but you'll soon find out if it does.Arthur Streeb-Greebling wrote: ↑11 Jan 2020, 19:45Got me first ‘Mindfullness’ session next week, 2 hours in an old church near the Quarry Hill/House Dept of Health / Mi5 building on Beckett Street near St.Jimmys.Arthur Streeb-Greebling wrote: ↑06 Jan 2020, 19:12Jim, and do you know why?........theraven1979 wrote: ↑06 Jan 2020, 09:26 You continue to amaze and astound Arthur. Alternatively a bit of task centred practice. Good old fashioned meaningful activity to increase confidence and so reduce anxiety. Voluntary work?

Loving the little outfits but no so the pretentious nonsense and mild gaslighting effect of the Royals' non-verbal communication via the use of women's fashion. Is Meghan Markle's latest Capuchin brown number (love the skirt btw), a strong signal that, now settled in Canada, she is about to miraculously rise from her virtual death bed and start cooking for everyone? Meanwhile some of the remaining Royals would appear to be strongly in support of Unison I see.
Love it or hate it you've gotta love it!

One thing at a time I guess innit, juggling lotsa balls at the moment. The Mindfulness course I hope is going to help me cope better with my Crohn’s Disease which I’ve had for 35 years and has basically battered the shit outta me quite literally, I guess, but funnily enough has made me stronger mentally and physically which is weird. Mindfulness I’m hoping will be a tool to help me cope better with Crohn’s Disease as I enter old age, it’s approaching faster and faster. Life can be so fast, awful and stressful at times. I also like to use humour too to get me through stuff, I think if you lose your sense of humour you’re gonna run into more problems.
Cheers Niki Wu Wu.

Aye but my Occupational Therapist has asked me to try to be nice to it although most of the time I feel like kicking the bastard disease around the room 24/7.

The sound when you tip the water from the condenser dryer down the kitchen sink.
