Stranglers running songs

Am in training for the Bournemouth marathon in Oct. I am currently running 6:22m kilometers and the perfect beat for that pace is..... Toiler On The Sea!

I'm guessing Shut up might be a bit quick to keep up to on a long run!

I did in 2016 - raised 30k for Medecins sans Frontier - but this year just doing it for fun
