Call me presumptuous but Surely you are just preparing Sushi? Anyway, Do you then put it on a small conveyor belt, and out to the dining room!
I cook and season the rice, chop the fillings, then shape, roll and cut the pieces to produce maki rolls, California rolls and nigiri. I admit I don’t make my own nori, wasabi paste (or even horseradish substitute), pickled ginger or soy sauce. Shall we settle on saying that I was assembling sushi?
Having visions of delivering it round the table via Lego train set next time
