Always loved guitar insstrumental music wether it be rock or jazz or blues.
These are two tunes from the thirties played by Django Reinhardt the famous gypsy player who played largely with two fingers after an accident which left his fretting hand badly disfigured. The first is like it says, an improvisation and one of a few that were recorded. The second is as part of the hot club with Stephane Grappelli. Both tunes were played on an acoustic guitar with plectrum and show his amazing natural talent. I particularly like the expressiveness on the second tune. Not to everybodys taste but then again i have a wide taste in music.

Yup, so fucken evocative!
A wee listen there brought me right back to sitting in front of the tele
in the 70's. For some reason that music, and the visuals, always makes me
think of Richard Burton's big booming voice doing that, "...Slowly...and surely...
they drew their plans against us" line from WOTW

The Cure- Pornography. Forgotten how good an album this is.
