Re: Ashes
Yer it is, playing to try and win the game with shots like that.
Re: Ashes
This has been coming for a long time.. go back to the Middle East against an average Pakistan side, South Africa at home, well beaten, New Zealand last winter, they should have beaten us... last summer against the Aussies .... we really were jammy to win that 3-0, the Aussies were close..... too many players in the comfort zone as automatic picks....no real competition, batting been dreadful for nigh on two years. Only success against a poor India team who have improved vastly.

Re: Ashes
Bresnan and Tremlett back for Perth, we can still turn this around, the Aussies are still ordinary, we need to see off Mitchell Johnson as he only bowls four over spells, Harris is a pie thrower and Lyon ai'nt no world class spinner.
In theory.....

Re: Ashes
Changes will be made, the Aussies batting line up is still fragile.
