Upper Twuntford

Post by PaulinLondon »

Apparently this village is in Shropshire but I cannot find it anywhere with reference to either (i) My AA 2012 Map of Great Bitain nor indeed (ii) on Google Maps.

Can any of our fellow MiB and WiB located in or near Shropshire, shed any light on this ?

If it does indeed exist, I feel a Wonky Pilgrimage coming on.

Shouldn't it be "Lower Twuntford"?

I'm loving the Arscott Golf Club.....northeast of Twuntford.

Good work Dommus.

I wonder if there was an ancient river in the area. Perhaps the River Twunt ?

Subtle way of telling me boys never grow up. My 11 year old was sniggering only last week at finding Bummoor Copse on the map near to us.
