And Dave - without Dave they lose The Stranglers sound . Jet is integral as well , just because he's Jet - but the sound is JJ and Dave . Wouldn't want to lose any of them , but one day the day will come :cry:

Of course the band are now on borrowed time.I think they will call It a day after maybe one last album and farewell tour.I would hate to see them like the Who ( a shadow of their former selves IMHO).

prior to the Toulouse gig a couple of years ago,the last time I saw the Stranglers was the Dreamtime tour

I was a massive Hugh fan and refused to see them without him,but time was running out and I had to see them just one more time

I don't know what it was like with Ellis or Roberts,but I sure do regret not seeing them more with Baz,he fits

but the Stranglers without JJ? Unthinkable!
