TBh I don't listen to much music these days, no not even the Stranglers. When I do it's usually Tarja Turunen era Nightwish, Jean Michel Jarre, Ramones or other 70's/80's punk or metal.

Caught Clutch and Thin Lizzy at Glasgow Barrowlands on Thursday night. Never heard Clutch before but very impressed.
Thin Lizzy were better than expected. Not the same as when Phil Lynott was alive (bit like The Stranglers and Hugh) but the current line up were very tight.

Also been listening to the Ramones "It's Alive". First album i ever bought as a 14 year old and probably the reason I got into the Stranglers as well.
28 songs in 54 minutes...just about perfect!

It's Alive is one of all the all time great live albums. I've got mixed feelings about The Ramones but that album catches them at their most vital.
I haven't listTened to an album straight through in an age, the last few songs I've listened to on my Ipod were I Don't Mind (Buzzcocks), Tame (The Pixies) and Barbra (Shangri-La) by you know who know.
Greetings, fellow Stranglers fans.
