Adam Ant - Lost It Again!

Post by AndyMatthews »

I know, not everyone's cup of tea, but he was there or thereabouts in the mid-late 70's

I'm not sure EVERYONE in Portsmouth is a gangster!!!

Taking a bit of a risk considering his mental health problems. :?

But he did help raise £1500.

thats a shame, i met adam a couple of weeks ago and saw him live at the scala kingscross. it was one of best gigs i have seen in last twenty years.
i lost my voice the next day due to singing all the old songs,
he did most of the songs pre 1981 and had a very good band.
he was out with the fans signing and doing pictures etc all night.
but as he suffers from bipolar he will go up and down with mood swings,
when he is on form he is great, can not wait for next gig and if you think caz is eye candy you need to see his six foot tall legged drummer. she was fab.
p.s he also sold 82 million records world wide
raven records on ebay lots of stranglers items for sale.

If they make a movie about his life, I want Johnny Depp to play him.

A rather good, "Never Trust a Man (with Egg on his Face)" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RH3JVxX3KoE

However, my version of this song shits on Adam's. 8)
"Madame, Be in no doubt as to the seriousness of your position". The Day of the Jackal, 1973.

Bi polar disorder, if that is indeed what he suffers from, can be regulated with medication allowing the sufferer to go on living a normal life.

I think 'generally' living a normal life would be a better description, there has to be varying levels of the disorder I'm guessing. Adam suffered greatly didn't he? I'm thinking his condition was a lot worse than some.

Anyway, good luck to him, I was never a huge fan but liked the guy nonetheless.
Think I'll go for a stroll in the trees.
