Worked with a guy who took his cycling very seriously.strapped a video camera to his bike at home and filmed his training runs so he could play them back whilst on his rolling road offshore. Even wore headphones so he could be totally immersed.

Thought it was a fantastic idea which took him to a happier place for a few hours.

The last time I did mountain biking I ended up going face first into some nettles and thistles...

good videos though
