On a recent trip abroad, the basement of the hotel had a long corridor - tiled floor, concrete walls. This corridor lead to the breakfast restaurant.

Every morning and to the bemusement of other guests, I would say, quite loudly, "So be it" (from the Aural Sculpture Manifesto). The acoustics were an exact echo/reverb replica of the original.
"Madame, Be in no doubt as to the seriousness of your position". The Day of the Jackal, 1973.

Well, i wanked to the instrumental part in Nuclear device the other day. I came just as it went back into the "If i could get lucky..." bit.

At least you weren't at a gig at the time. Although it would've made an interesting "extra" for the Hammersmith DVD :? .

I was at a gig. Was a Hugh gig in the sticks last week. I was the only one there. I think I was putting Hugh off his solo.

Sang Permission the other day in Eilat, Israel after a near fatal combination of red wine, red libanon and white concrete wall in 36 degrees of heat...
My friends thought I had a contusion, checked every now and then, if I were still awake, and there I was, still singing, that probably worrying them more than anything else, hahaha!
Permission, collision...

Maybe it's time I'd buy that rocking chair and knitting wool....

my particular rendition of the little quaint ballad known as "bodies" on the metro was i'm told the highlight of the whole wonky bus weekend. :P
