That sounds like a challenge? The Nosferatu wrote:i listened to it, its not great really, mixed really badly, and it sounds like a midi file. vocals are quite good, the substitution of korg vc 10 for a pitch effect sort of worked.
Robs version is 1 million times better that what I could ever do , but then again, I probably know about 'Subsea Instrumentation' 1 million times more than he does .
Put your version where your critisism is!

Being a 'musically challenged' individual I would never dream of slagging off anyones musical abilities intentionally.
The only Instruments I can do anything with are the 'Process Control' type.
Maybe years ago I would have slagged, but as I've matured and thanks to being encouraged to seek exposre to different music genres from listening to the MIB and from fellow Stranglers/Hugh Cornwell fans, I realise it takes quite a lot of balls to put your 'sculptures' out there for public scrutiny.
It wasn't meant to be a dig at yourself Nosferatu

these links are to my songs and genetix let me now what you think.
my songs are not what i call original as i said its all been done before
my songs are a product of my influences.
and genetix is MY version ,it would be very difficult to recreate the original sound.
anyone who wants to hear some more of my more stranglers influenced songs send me your email and i will zip some mp3s and send them to you.
