Castle Tours....open for buisness again!

Post by Frank Castle »

After the recent biting recession Castle Tours are proud to announce we are opening for buisness again. With less than 6 weeks to the bands opening night in Glasgow,I thought it would be an idea to arrange some sort of gameplan.
First things first I reckon a Ruby Murray to line the stomachs for the days drinking and debauchery, and to keep our Rodders out of the Citys many fine Kebab establishments. Then we could do a Stranglers related tour/pub crawl around Glasgow,I know there are a few people who have never been to Glasgow.....Miserable Woman and Mr MW so it would be nice to show them round. And this time go up to the infamous Barras, and show them the more exotic side of our City.....

13.00 hrs.....Meet at Glasgow Central.
13.10 hrs......Go for a Ruby.
13.11 hrs......Hit the old Tom Cruise.
14.15 hrs......Central Hotel where our Jet went apeshit for being refused a meal.
14.30 hrs......King Tuts for a few Light Ales and perhaps a tour of venue again.
15.30 hrs.......Round to Pavillion and old Apollo site a couple in Lauders.
16.00 hrs.......Head up to The Barras to see venue and a couple in some of the fine pubs.....
17.00 hrs.......Back down to City Centre and the Solid Rock Cafe.
18.00 hrs.......Round to the Chrystal Palace for a few where I will be meeting up with Mrs C.
19.00 hrs.......Up to Apollo79's local The Laurieston.
20.45 hrs.......Up to the gig.
22.30 hrs........Back to Laurieston to chucking out time and home in an Ambulance.

All times are of course subject to change...see you all there.....

Frank, how thoughtful of you to be so accommodating for us 'strangers in town' that day!
Not sure what time we'll be arriving but great to have a guide of where to catch up with everyone ... will you be wearing a 'Castle Tours' logo so that you're easy to spot?

I had the 'badge of honour' at the HMV Embra gig, but it was a casualty of the pit
