Which, conveniently, brings us full circle, back to Castle Tours....

I noticed a little moment pass between Rodders and a certain well known forum member.

It was just a look in their eyes, a kind of sparkle.
It's hard to describe.
But I knew what it meant-
The first kiss, the sweetest, some say.

Now, what kind of fucked-up David Bailey would I have been if I didn't capture that "moment"
on camera?
So camara poised I waited for the inevitable- the tender locking of parted lips.

Rodders moves in for the kill... Frank looks strangely excited....

Now, as will be obvious by the amount of gig photos I'll post later, my wee camera batteries were a bit knackered
by this stage, and it took all of 29 seconds for it to charge up again, ready to take the next snap. The actual kiss
lasted 28 seconds, so sadly there is no actual photographic evidence of "that kiss".
Turns out I'm some sort of fucked up David Bailey after all.
However, I'm sure my word will suffice.
Here's the split second afterwards instead, hope it will do -

Luckily for Frank, someone did manage to capture the moment

Sorry Fatbus, I was drunk

I was going to work this morning, sitting on the train I just realized I was grinning like a fucking maniac....the reason............warp speed to Friday night.....

We arrived at half 5 due to been stuck behind one fud driver after the other on the Hexam Road.By the time we got to the pub,Ians fledgling "Black Cat Tours" had all but ended.I tell you Ian there will be always a vacancy as my second in command pal at Castle Tours.......Alias yer fired.Since everyone had been there since about 3 we had a bit of catching up to do....double fecken rounds i'm afraid. In attendance at that point where.....Bongo,Miserable Woman,Spen,Ian,Rodders,Claire,Anthony and his bro,Leskie,Laurence and Ava.We where later joined by the Abroath Smokey Gang....Alan,2 Audreys and Lori (btw Alan what happened to ma Smokies pal?)
The gig was starting at 8:15 I won't go into any detail,it's been done to death.
It's when we went back to the pub the serious fun began........ :smt005

Lets just say this night in Newcastle had it all.......boozin,dancin,Gay Bars(ask Apollo 79) streaking(ask Apollo 79) kebab munching, altercations with door staff, pills(aspirin anyway)thrills and bellyaches(our driver Bissey had the Brad Pitts) As you can see by the pictures much(bad) dancing was in evidence, but it was good to see our Claire enjoying herself and shaking her booty.I know she had been in some pain with her hips, but after a few glasses of Sydney Devine she was jumping about the dance floor like Pans People,,,goan yerself girl....... 8)
Proceedings came to an end about 2ish and we headed out to get kebabs and back to our Hotels.
I tell you Newcastle is the night to beat on this tour,I reckon Manchester could perhaps equal it...eh FBJim?
Roll call......myself,Alias,Bongo,Mini,MW,Apollo,Mrs A,Ray(aka Wayne Sleep),Leskie,NMH1965,Claire,Rodders,Anthony,Laurence,Ava the 2 Audreys and Alan,Bissey....and MW I hope your feet are back to their normal size.......
