Finally got my tickets sorted out for this one. Doubt i`ll make any of the early doors curries n beers, but hopefully i`ll get to see a few familiar faces at the venue.

Taking along a nephew who is new to Hugh stuff, so it`ll be interesting for me to see what he makes of it.

I'm kinda guesing we'll be in the Crystal Palace, right next to the venue,
right before the gig ceebs.

And all throught the first 3 songs too, if past experience is anything to go by

I'll be the shit-faced one in a Nosferatu t-shirt mate

There's a dam club on after, so expect Shug to be hoovering early.

But if you're late, at least it will be loud enough that he won't hear you fall through the door. :P

Great gig.Like Toiler said, the best i've seen Shug solo.Took him nearly 20 years to get where he is now.Confident.The band where great,Shugs guitar playing was something to behold.Best i've seen him play. The drummer was excellent' never missed a beat   and Caz?Well apart from wanting to play tig with her she was great too ;-) Now the album HOOVERDAM does itself justice played live.Still hasn't changed my view on it but hearing it live made me and the guys i was with question the way it was recorded. Now if he'd recorded last nights performance and sold cd's of it i'd have bought it.Good turn out too.One of the guys i was with guestamated 150-200 bodies.Possible. Now,to all who were there last night, and we know it'll never happen, imagine Hugh re-joining the band.I reckon the way both are playin at the mo they'd blow anyone out the water.Festival headliners shit. And i'd never say that on a whim or lightly. Finally, great meetin ya all albeit me dressed in me city finest   And a special thanks to Ray's buddy James who made it possible, and made it literally for me,a walk in.
