Anyone see her at the Roundhouse? Did she play much Banshees stuff?

Any reviews from those of you who have seen the recent tour? Heard the Manchester show was a good 'un but Oxford was average. Anyone care to elaborate?

I don't mind if I'm feeling someone who's in their 40's or 50's these days! As long as I feel summat.....

Saw Siouxsie on Monday at Shepherd's Bush. Must admit that last time I saw her was back at The Rainbow, I think, in about 1981 and whilst I liked her music I was never that keen either so don't have any records in the collection. Anyway, I went along on Monday expecting something 'OK' and she blew me away. The music, show, 'backing' band, everything was superb and I'll definitely be getting the album. I think TBC said the mellower songs (newer ones?) are his highlight and I'd have to agree as most of the set comprised material from the album. As usual, one of the punters was stuck in the past to which she basically responded, "Here and now, mister - the past is the past". And, yes, she may be 50+ but she looks really good on it! Fantastic night which also included a great session by a twosome called Blood Red Shoes - look here http://youtube.com/watch?v=EEzKBUsyGYg&feature=related

Scott.
