Went to Buxton in May. Nice place, pity it was never finished and got the impression most in the tourist business couldn't care too much.
Free Buxton mineral water straight from the pump - almost next to the Opera House - is a must for the dehydrated - bring a few empty bottles and stock up the morning after.
England's highest town in February? Hoping for some lowland gigs - and standing please.

according to Sil Wilcox there are 2008 dates to come. I doubt that Buxton is a one off.
'At his West Country farm, Sil was relieved after the techno headaches at the weekend. We wondered if this is likely to threaten the upcoming Belgian acoustic gigs.

See what you can do Gizz. Sounds like there are plenty of very good seats still available up front in the stalls (RL - please take note). The venue's booking office are very friendly and accomodating on the phone.gizzard wrote: Not looking promising Paul me ole mucker
Anyway, it's high time we had a late night Indian in the Shires.
Alias ?

I'll try Paul but got some big expenses coming out between now and March.PaulinLondon wrote:See what you can do Gizz. If missing this one means I can go to more later in the year then that'll do for me.
Still be gutted if I miss this one though.

Then I got tired of counting all of these blessings, and then I just got tired.
