nah, youre wrong about the punk thing, theres lots of angry music, doesnt mean its punk. Id say the wall album was more bitter than angry.

i also believe the wall is one of the worst pink floyd albums, piper at the gates of dawn is the original and best, with dark side a close second.

I always thought Animals was the angriest PF album.

A continuation from Welcome to the Machine, ranting against censorship, the new puritans and the depersonalisation of the free market.

Oh, lots of big words there!

I'd say the Wall is more about his dad and war, and Final Cut about the Falklands.

Not sure punk was ever about being angry tho.. the Damned? The stranglers? Fat noisy and to the point music but not sure they angry about anything.
