Some nice music DVDs being released at the moment. Raveninblack has already mentioned the recent Pixies DVD. I`d also like to point out the following that have just come out

Cool Britannia - not bad if you like ya 90`s indie

The Who - The Kids Are Alright 2 Disc spesh

Any others - actually while we`re on what music DVD`s do you have in your collection (other than Stranglers) and what do you recommend?

Lichtspielhaus by Rammstein, a mixture of live footage and all their promos..pure bliss!

The Essential Clash is pretty good...some really great live footage especially White Riot/London's Burning/1977 which is just amazing! The Westway to the World dvd is also pretty damn fine...
Also,The Damned's Tiki Nightmare is well worth buying if you're into them...full gig from 2002 plus decent interviews with all the band members...typically Vanian chooses not to appear in his,speaking instead over a montage of old movies. Good stuff!
Worst music dvd I've got is the Smiths' Complete Picture...although what's on it is very good it's no different from the original video release...which was short enough to begin with! Worth buying for Mozza's 'dancing' on TOTP though.

Just got home cinema system installed and when you add bass to the Ally Pally DVD it sounds tons better.

Been playing Big Country the videos (Perfect World is such a great track) and Forever Delayed (Manics vids)

Have to back up the Westway Clash DVD.
I also really rate the Cure's Trilogy DVD and the Undertones one as well.
