Morrissey

Post by Homer »

He's done it again, kept quiet for a few years, recorded an album getting pre-orders, arrived in the UK for a week doing the Jools show, Graham Norton tonight, BBC 6 Live etc etc. And today announces a UK tour thats got people in a buying frenzy which will probably sell-out in minutes.

Thats what The Stranglers should have done, instead of 50% of the line-up doing the same tour & songs year in and year out.

Maybe he should take over Sil's job

Difference is, I'd happily go to numerous gigs on the 50% Strangler tip tour (each and every year) and feel pissed off if I didn't see them a couple of times during the year, whereas I probably (if pushed) take in one Morrissey gig every five years and not worry if I missed one.

It's all a matter of taste.

Anyway, he ain't half as good as he was when fronting The Smiths 8) (or The Nosebleeds LOL)
Allow me to re-arrange your face, sometimes I'd really like to get to know you better

That's very frustrating for him and his fans not being able to release that album. That does not seem fair at all.

Don't worry too much, if it's that upsetting, unfair and frustrating for him he will probably get yet another album of songs out of it.
