Just made further comparisons....difference between Stranglers & PiL tickets is about the price of a pint (not during happy hour obviously).....
UPDATE: after looking again the £29 or so that Pil are charging at some venues includes the booking fees etc. So, give or take a few pennies they're charging the same as The Stranglers.

£30 for London, cheaper than last year with all the add ons. Still its a bit much for a very small venue. Should be about £20. I don't think they will sell out quickly though. Lydon has to fly over, so they have to pay for his flight.
