Deep Purp's cover of "Hush" sounds as frisky and fresh as it did in the 60's (yup, I'm an old fug).

Great track from Deep Purple - Speed King, featuring some fine work by Lord.

I only ever first went to see The Stranglers because my uncle had introduced me to his Deep Purple collection and when he was told about The Stranglers sounding 'a bit like Deep Purple' he took me to a gig.

My uncle didn't think they sounded anything like Deep Purple and has never really liked The Stranglers but it was very different for me.

So, as someone else has already said...my 2nd favourite keyboard player.

R.I.P..
